Meet The Team

One afternoon, over Titos & Sodas, Courtney and Blair started talking about how if companies only slightly pivoted their approaches to be more people focused and forward leaning, their successes would come in so much faster. Thinking about their unique experiences and talents, Courtney and Blair decided that they wanted to share their expertise with more companies to provide a better place to work for countless employees.

With a collective 30+ years working in top government consulting companies and with a proven track record in strategy and human resources, Courtney and Blair decided to join forces to launch EverForward. Courtney is an industry Strategy & Agile mastermind and expert coach who has focused on countless client engagements – making each project better than how she found them. Blair is a People & Culture maestro with a background in leading Human Resources departments and revamping employee experiences to result in a more productive, engaged, and happy employee base. While their career paths differed, three fundamental things remained shared at their core:

  • Work hard and deliver the best results possible
